At TAFCOM, we believe that true dignity comes from independence. That is why we strongly support the financial empowerment of our clients by providing micro-credit for small-scale business start-ups.

Our micro-credit program goes beyond simply offering funds. We equip vulnerable groups with the tools they need to succeed through entrepreneurship training, where clients learn how to run their own businesses, manage their finances, and organize their activities in a sustainable and profitable way. Before granting credit, we also provide counseling and professional review of business plans to ensure each idea is practical and tailored to the client’s circumstances.

We encourage clients to develop their own business ideas, helping them align their entrepreneurial ventures with their skills, strengths, and family needs. This personalized approach ensures ownership, confidence, and a greater chance of success.Through micro-credit, TAFCOM is not only creating businesses—it is creating hope, stability, and brighter futures for families who once felt left behind.

Importantly, this project is woven into our Home-Based Care program, as many of the families who benefit from micro-credit also live with the daily challenges of HIV/AIDS. While financial independence is key, we recognize that our clients’ health and well-being directly affect the success of their small businesses. For this reason, we continue to walk alongside them, providing both economic opportunity and holistic care.
