Minnesota Pre & Primary School

TAFCOM began its work with the establishment of a Children’s Center in February 2009, created to support orphans and vulnerable children. In October 2018, TAFCOM achieved a major milestone by receiving full registration for Minnesota Pre & Primary School. Today, the school enrolls over 400 children aged 3–11 years.

At the nursery level, children receive a solid foundation in basic education that prepares them for success in primary school. They learn to speak, read, and write in both Kiswahili and English, as well as acquire early skills in mathematics and other core subjects.

Primary school spans seven years. Pupils must sit for a national exam at the end of Standard Four and again at Standard Seven. Passing the final exam allows them to progress to secondary school, opening the door to further educational opportunities.
